Today was a fun day! I met Marlene and my mom at the fabric store in Dawsonville. They did not have the selection we were looking for, so then we headed back to Dahlonega to the Magical Thread....there we found the perfect fabric for Laci's quilt~ Can't wait for it to be finished, Marlene told me to feel free and stop in to see the progress anytime. I think I will in a couple of weeks, next week may be a bit crazy. I am so anxious to see how it comes out :P Here are a couple of photos from our fabric shopping....You can see the fabric for the quilt in the photo with Marlene and myself, the lavender fabric with little flowers is one fabric (that I am holding) and the "tye-dye" style fabric that Marlene is holding is another fabric. We chose a third that we are not yet holding...that will be a surprise :)
