105. & 106. These two squares of fabric are extra meaningful as they are from Laci's precious Aunt Sylvia, who we lost in September 2007. Sylvia Genest participated in our quilt project already but I really felt something more should be added to the blanket to represent her spirit, so I chose pieces from the tops of Syl's socks....I know that sounds funny but she was a fun, happy soul who was known for her collection of earrings, t-shirts and socks :O) We miss you so much Sylvia and will love and remember you forever!
