The world lost a beautiful person yesterday, Onnie lost her battle with cancer. I am thankful for the time I knew her and the two beautiful gifts she gave me- My most precious memories of Onnie are wrapped together in my quilt she made from Jacob's baby clothes and also in our 100 Good Wishes Quilt she was working on for Laci. I wish with all my heart that Onnie would have been able to meet Laci, but she will be watching over all of us and smiling when we bring Laci home.
The photos last posted were from my last visit with Onnie, I believe that was in February 2009. We kept in touch by phone and email more often than we were able to visit in person, I wish we could have visited more often! Onnie Howington will be missed greatly by many...
